Made in rounds, not in seasons.
A round is a fixed number of pairs, finished together and closed the day the last one leaves. Nothing is restocked and nothing is reissued. What follows is its own object, with its own case and its own detail at the temple.

Round 1 is 200 pairs in all. When the last one leaves, the round closes and is not reopened.

The case, the charm and the lens belong to this round alone. What comes after will be beautiful. It will not be this.

La riva is where the lake meets the town. The steps at Bellagio, the varnished hulls, the women who step off them without hurrying. The house is named for it, and every frame takes the name of a town along that shoreline.
